West Midlands, Yorkshire and Scottish RDAs/DAs are on board but as far as I know, no others are. I don’t think that means 4ip isn’t nationwide but it might mean that some regions have more cash to play with. Or at least that’s how I think it’ll play out.

We’ve yet to have our Midlands commissioner announced.
