Despite the news I won’t be joining the exodus from Twitter to Mastodon or deleting my account. I understand the inclination and I’ll miss everyone who makes the switch but while I suspect there is every chance it will either become (even more of) a horror show or a ghost-town in my corner of things…

This was my best week so far – of six genuinely good weeks – in this new role. I really felt the switch from newbie to semi-useful colleague and some time opened up in my calendar which gave me some real time to start thinking about what I’m actually going to do to back up…

In a change from our regularly scheduled programming I am coming to this blogpost cap in hard, seeking help. A month in and I’m really starting to take the reins on the new role now and the areas I really want/need to concentrate on are coming into sharp focus. While I have my own ideas…

It is a beautiful Friday afternoon here in Bristol which goes some way to balancing out just how wiped out I am again. The Funeral Bank Holiday does not seem to have helped somehow as even though it was a four day week it feels like I’ve done seven…I am simply not match fit but…
